Father trying to take custody of my daughter please HELP!!!

My ex-husband and I have only been divorced for about 7 months and already he is dragging me back into court to modify. He wants custody of our 2 year old daughter, He tried to get her at the divorce and lost, then he filed a child protection order on me a few months ago and when we got to court his own attorney advised him to drop it, and now this. All the aligations he has made are completly false and I can prove every single one of them false easily. I have an ex-parte on my ex for harrassment but all that does is keeps him from beating me up, he still finds ways to harrass me, such as calling the police and giving them annonomous tips that i have a party in my house or drugs and each time i have let the officers search my home and they have found nothing. Or he calls Family services and makes false reports, they wont even take his calls any more. This man has honestly put me through hell. And still continues to do so, I wish there was something I could do about him making all these fasle accusations. But I can not afford to keep paying my attorney and going to court like this. I love my daughter and I will fight no matter what the cost though. I swear I am a great mother, I have done nothing wrong. He is the one who hasnt ever really had nothing to do with her, and the reason we got divorced is because he was having an affair with a woman at his work who he has lived with since the day we split up. They are un-married and she is now preganant by him. I do have a fiance' He lives about 4-5 hours from me because of his job and we are only able to see each other on weekends. He does have a criminal past. But that was 3 years ago and he is truely a good person he is a great Dad to his own little girl and he is wonderful to my daughter as well. But my ex keeps throwing it up that he has been in trouble along time ago, but u see my ex has had drug charges on him but just in another state, so how is he any better. Oh it all just makes me sick! And all my ex-husband ever complains about is how he pays too much child support, Sometimes I wish he just wouldnt pay it and shut up and enjoy is daughter. I am completly devoted to my little girl and everyone knows this, So Im not too worried it just bugs me! I have her Pediatrician backing me up, her preschool, and her Parents as teachers lady all as witnesses that I am a good Mommy and that my baby is extremly happy. Heck I have even made buddies with the social worker that came to my home when he made the false report on me she can tell them what my home was like and how happy my daughter was. What is it with men and their stupid money! I am not saying that he is a horriable father, but I will say he dosent have her best intrest in mind. Why cant he just be human about this? Is this common are other women going through this as well. When does it ever end, or does it ever end???
